Service Description
We represent a culture rooted in excellence, discipline, integrity, and community. Our foundation is inspired by the proud tradition of the historic track clubs that once shaped champions throughout the Chicagoland area. Though many of those programs no longer exist, their spirit, grit, and commitment to greatness live on through us. We carry that lineage forward with purpose. Every practice, every repetition, every race is an opportunity to honor the past while building the future. We are not just developing faster athletes — we are shaping resilient young leaders who understand accountability, perseverance, and teamwork. At Timeless Track Club, success is measured by more than medals and records. It is reflected in character, work ethic, and the courage to rise when challenged. Cancellation Policy
Team Code of Conduct & Policies To maintain a positive, competitive, and respectful environment, all athletes and families are expected to follow the policies below: 1. Communication for Absences Athletes are expected to attend all practices and meets. If an absence is necessary, athletes or parents must notify a coach in advance. Consistent lack of communication may affect meet participation and relay pool consideration. 2. No Theft Stealing or unauthorized use of another person’s belongings or team property will not be tolerated. Any athlete involved in theft will face disciplinary action, which may include dismissal from the club. 3. No Drugs or Alcohol The use, possession, distribution or lingering aroma of drugs, alcohol, vaping products, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited at all times. Violations may result in immediate suspension or removal from the team. 4. Respect for Others Athletes must show respect toward teammates, coaches, parents, officials, and staff at all times. Disrespectful behavior, bullying, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disciplinary action. Timeless Track Club is committed to building not only strong athletic skills, but strong character. By participating, athletes agree to uphold these standards both on and off the track.
